The other night we had a few friends over for super bowl. The highlight for me was The Black Eyed Peas with Slash. I must have seen 100 concerts in my life and my all time  favorite concert was The Peas. My daughter warned me that I would be the oldest person there only to discover the audience median age was 35-40. They entertained and remixed old and new songs for 2 1/2 hours. They also couldn’t thank the audience enough for supporting them, unlike Neil Young who comes on stage and never even addresses the crowd and plays 4 old songs.

I thought it was great family entertainment, the dancing was awesome, the costumes were great, and the group was right on. We were all thoroughly entertained, so someone please share why they thought they were so bad. Christina Aguilara on the other hand…..maybe if she focused more on the lyrics and less on showing up my gal from Glee she may have been OK. I always say “May my house always be too small for all my friends.” The minute you stop being sincere and humble, is the minute you begin to lose your friends/followers. Maybe she will take note.
